145 Perry Street Wraps Up Construction In West Village, Manhattan

Construction nears completion at 145 Perry Street, a prestigious four-story residence in Manhattan’s West Village. Designed by Leroy Street Studio, the 30,000 square foot structure is landscaped by Edmund Hollander Design. Nicholson & Galloway Inc. served as the installer, Robert Silman Associates as structural engineer, and Sciame Construction as construction manager for the property.
Crafted with refined materials and contextual detailing, the façades boast custom stacked, intricately woven hand pressed (172 units) and RAM-pressed (1,886 units) terra cotta through-body color bricks along with 88 units of TerraClad® panels from Boston Valley. Recent updates show sidewalk scaffolding removed, revealing finishing touches still in progress. Work is anticipated to be completed by mid-year.
