The history of the Boston Valley manufacturing facility goes back over a century, spanning over 135 years. The company began manufacturing architectural terra cotta products in 1981 following the purchase of Boston Valley Pottery. The original factory produced bricks and clay pots prior to the change in ownership, at which point it was converted into the manufacturing facility it is today providing architectural terra cotta for rainscreen, masonry, precast, and unitized construction projects.
