One Madison Park Facade Nears Completion

January 9, 2014/in Blog

Construction on One Madison Park, located at 23rd East 22nd Street in New York  is nearing completion.
This unique facade consists of both custom terracotta panels and components as well as a custom structural system.

The terra cotta fins, designed by BKSK Architects exclusively for the One Madison Park project, stretch from the ground floor to up above the entryway doors and emphasize the vertical quality of the design. The unique rain screen system and custom glaze applied provide yet another example of the versatility and beauty of this material.
