Installation is Underway on 30 Broadwick in Soho, London

May 31, 2016/in Blog

Boston Valley Terra Cotta is working with Szerelmey to create and install the façade of 30 Broadwick Street in Soho, London. Broadwick Street is an 80,000 sq. ft. office and retail development situated in the heart of Soho with elevations on Livonia Street, Poland Street and Broadwick Street.

The Poland Street and Broadwick Street elevations feature striking dark grey terra cotta cladding units manufactured by Boston Valley. This cladding is finished with a semi-metallic glaze that extends from ground floor to fifth floor. Each unit is fixed back to a unitized backing structure using stainless steel fixings. The large faience units have a strong geometric and angled profile around the window sills and reveals.
