Morris Adjmi Architects new 10-story structure will occupy a unique lot in the NoHo Historic District Extension; the building will run the entire street front from Great Jones Street to Bond Street. While the Great Jones Street side is straight, the façade at Lafayette uses setbacks at each floor to angle the building toward Bond Street.
The Morris Adjmi design will use terra cotta supplied by Boston Valley Terra Cotta as one of the primary materials for this new 10-story office building that will house a showroom on the ground floor and community facility space on the second floor and part of the third floor.
