Building The Enclosure For Our 5-Axis Router

June 6, 2013/in Blog

The 5 axis router is now fully enclosed to prevent any flying debris from entering the mold shop work space. The curtains are specially designed to prevent any flying objects from escaping the working envelope of the machine. They are strong enough to even stop bullets!

Our new enclosure helps to keep dust levels to a minimum and keeps all flying debris inside the enclosure.

Check out this video clip of our 5 axis router cutting one side of an Alberta model. It takes approximately 2:30 to complete each side of the model.
