Bridgewater, MA – Construction began in spring 2006 on a new campus residential facitlity for Bridgewater State College. The building features over 7000 sf of terra cotta rain screen cladding.

DiMella Schaffer of Boston, MA (project architect: Dominic Pedula) uses large terra cotta panels to add excitement to brick and glass campus building construction. The scale and materiality of these panels recalls the rich, timeless quality of collegiate architecture.
