Tales from New York — Boston Valley Presents in London on Experimental Ceramics for Architecture
On Thursday, January 30, speakers will gather at the Building Centre in London for their upcoming event, Tales From New York — Experimental Ceramics for Architecture, as a part of the Building With Ceramics Series sponsored by Boston Valley Terra Cotta. This event is meant to open a dialogue about the role of research and experimentation in the innovation of architectural ceramics.
Among those participating will be:
- Darina Zlateva, AIA, Senior Associate Principal of KPF NY
- Andy Brayman, founder of The Matter Factory and Boston Valley Research & Design Specialist
- Lex Harrison of ARUP London
Each guest speaker will discuss their experience working with architectural terra cotta on projects such as One Vanderbilt and their involvement in the ACAWorkshop.
Admission for the event is free but tickets must be booked in advance.
