Boston Valley Terra Cotta is continuing their work on manufacturing the terra cotta masonry units that will populate the facade of Chicago’s 168 North Michigan Ave., a historic restoration of the 1916 Atlantic Bank building.

Boston Valley Terra Cotta has been working with the JDS Development Group, Architects Roman and Williams and the IBI Group to bring The Fitzroy to life at 514 W 24th st.
In the previous post about this project, renderings provided by the architects showed the brick and terra cotta facade in its projected state of completion.
Located at 514 West 24th street, The Fitzroy finds its home on the Lower West Side of Manhattan.
