One Vanderbilt is a new, supertall skyscraper in Midtown, Manhattan designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates for building owners SL Green and Hines. The building was recently featured by New York YIMBY in an article that shows the current state of the building’s construction. With an anticipated completion date of August, 2020 the 77-story commercial building is coming along with the glass and terra cotta façade being installed into the top floors. The extruded terra cotta panels were fabricated by Boston Valley Terra Cotta and then assembled into the unitized curtain wall by Permasteelisa North America.
