363 Lafayette is a 10-Story office building designed by Morris Adjmi Architects. In the previous post about this project, renderings provided by the architects showed the brick and terra cotta facade in its projected state of completion.
48 Carey st. is a new residential development located in Holbern, London– a deeply historical area only two blocks from the River Thames. The building, which is currently under construction, will reach a height of 9 stories and will offer 202 different apartments in its interior.
512 West 22nd street takes a nod from the past as well as the present. The building reflects the history of the surrounding area through its industrial sash-inspired windows and the metallic, grey anthracite terra cotta facade.
